Answer #1

The primary prevention measures are more for the complex for chronic diseases than infectious acute condition as they involve the complex interaction of independent and dependent disease variables and a change in lifestyle as an upstream process throughout the life. While in case of the infectious acute condition one has to just identify the causative agent, incubation period, mode of transmission, population at risk, and methods of disease control, (identification of an agent, incubation period, mode of transmission, population at risk, and methods of disease control, 1987) during the outbreak and not forever.
