External locus of control will be more important if a person wants everything from outside and most probably, he will be depending on others for all the kind of help. Also, if something was happened wrong with him, he will always blame the other person for the same, he may or may not have in the context of the problem. Also, the internal locus of control will always believe in himself and was interested to concentrate on himself about the problem and take the responsibility of the problem that sometimes may be true or may not be like that.
The internal locus of control people also believes that in successes also due to my work, I am the responsible person for the successes I have achieved etc. but it will be opposite in the external locus of control people they will understand the successes as because of luck or because of some external factors. The outcome was not because of you but because of faith or luck, it is the stand for external locus of control.
