• Assess the patients strength and weaknesses to plan for care
• Encourage to verbalize all her fears ,emotions ,this can relieve the stress and make her feel little ease
• Provide family education, this enables them to understand the modern medicine and it necessity during any emergencies
• Never reassure false things this can make patient confused for taking decisions
• Health educate on pregnancy and its necessary for medical help.
• Assess her spiritual beliefs and reinforce that this can give her a peace of mind when certain things are highly confidential or cannot be expressed to others
