Nursing is considered as a noble profession, and it has its on ethical consideration. The person with illness must be treated with almost care and it will help the person to have an improvement in the health status. The care should be taken not only with the patients but also the person with them in the hospital, the family members etc. Nursing care will be reached at the peak when a person understands not only the treatment but also the way the treatment was given will also promote the recovery process. The person with illness and the person who caring them will be in the most difficult situation at the hospital, so they may behave in such manner that it may not be feel good for the health care professionals, so we have to understand the fact that these problem behaviour may not be directly intended by them, but due to underline issues this were happened.
Another important area to be considered is how it must be treated with the colleagues especially from the nursing profession and the allied health professions. We should recognise the knowledge and experiences of them and that should be used in a way to improve the patient’s health status. Everything should be used in a positive and being non judgemental in the attitude and should be given care to all patients with out any form of discrimination in the form class, race or religion.
