The infraction of the privacy can be informed to the OCR by online complaint by a Medical Assistant. A client can anonymously report this to the OCR either by online or by sending a print out of OCR complaint form by mail or fax.According to HIPAA the disclosure of information is brach of confidentiality besides the patient requested to be the report I'm personal cell phone and not the home answering machine.The physician can be fine from $100 _$1.5million for this act.
