PDSA stands for Plan ,Do,Study ,Act it was developed by Deaming also altered by Walter Sephewart and lectured in Japan The main aim was to bring it to all service ,implement and again use the same success strategy. It was used to get solution from the small scale, in a process and the intervention are carried out.
