Nursing is one of the noble profession which provides health services and qualitative care to the people who are suffering with diseases and illnesses. Now a days the standards of nursing profession is decreasing, and shortage of nursing staff is seen in the hospital organizations. Due to the shortage of nursing staff in the hospitals, it causes a great impact on health care organizations. Many problems focuses on the shortage of nurses in providing public health care services, among them some of the factors are- increased work load, increase stress levels, low salary payments, non experienced nurses, short listings of staff, availability of poor resources, and others. Because of the shortage in the nursing professionals the provision of care to patients become delayed, patients has to wait for for a longer times for admission into the wards, for investigations, lab reports, decrease inpatient admissions all of these problems are faced by the organizations.To resolve this problem many health resources and service commissions are focusing to hire young nurses to perform their services with great effort and to hire the nursing graduate students in their organizations to provide full placement of jobs along with training services for them.
