It is surprising that physical inactivity is the fourth leading cause of death worldwide. Lack of physical activity leads to adverse effects of chronic illness and death. This shows the lack of communication between the policy makers and ineffective health care approach. Obesity is a vital problem in the health care community which increases the diseases CVD, hypertension, and diabetes. Childhood obesity is considered as a global health problem. This can be changed through the involvement of nursing advocates. Nurse initiate the change at the community level and represent at the state level. They should represent the needed policy changes to the legislator. They should organize the parents, students, school teachers, health workers, policymakers to improve the quality of life of people by initiating the health laws and reforms.
