Novel intervention approach changing HIV involve in HIV prevention by screening and enrolling sexual active members, treating them for sexually transmitted infections using peer health intervention for HIV positive people. It is culturally considerable and getting most partners participants involvement. Technology plays an important role in HIV risk and prevention in the novel intervention. Cell-phone surveys can help maintain a relationship with sexually active people to collect their behavior history, habits, etc to change their behavior and to promote healthy sexual relationships. It also increases acceptability and i prevention activity. This user-friendly in transportable technique can be helpful to collect behavioral data collection help self-monitoring based intervention. This novel intervention important in a multilevel structural approach to increase attention to change HIV risk and behavior, homelessness, unemployment impaired access to medical care and quality, mental illness, genetics, substance use...It prevents people from adverse health outcomes, provides support, education in common places. It is a universal approach to promote sexual health for each people.
The theory of planned behavior to promote health behavior includes HIV prevention strategies. Example HIV counseling, testing, screening vaccination, safe infant feeding counseling, condom use, etc. Cultural and socio-demographic factors important for behavior changes. A theoretical framework for analysis HIV testing behavior can identify barriers and facilitate change of behavior. Theory of planned behavior intention on attitude, reflex a favorable evaluation of personal behavior and subjective norm. Subjective norm include social pressures to change behavior. TPB through behavior control will be an effective and important intervention increase women's motivation to target attitudinal beliefs through HIV testing. TPB variables are less sufficient to HIV testing it strengthens their intervention theory informed awareness.
