Hemoglobin A1c levels are interpreted as below

4%-5.9% - normal

7% is you are well controlled diabetic

7% - 9%need to be take caution and start troubleshooting to control glucose

More than 9% is dangerous which require immediate sugar control.

Here the ppatient value is 10/3%.

So that he is diabetic who require immediate consultation of doctor for treatment.

Blood sugar levels calculation using Percentage equation is as below

28.7×HbA1c - 46.7

=28.7×10.3-46/7

= 249.

So that his blood sugar value is more than Norma and patient required to take measures to control blood sugar
