In case study we have to collect 1-demograhic data: it's about brief details of patient .

2- history of patient - it's about different medical history, socioeconomic history etc

3-subjective assessment -it is the data we collect from the patient about her complaints and problems

4-Objective assessment - it's about diagnostic procedures they have done with

b. In demographic data: name, age, sex ,address ,phone number, weight, height. It is for knowing about her minimum responsibility to know their name There are some age and sex related factors so to rule out them we have to know them. Is bmr is crct are not for heigjt and weight,.

History of past medical: to know whether any health problems for her

Socioeconomic status for mental health condition and stress for finance

Habits for any drug related disease due to smoking are alcohol ,any climbing activities leg problems.

Subjective assessment: patient complaints of pain, swelling or other so we can easily treat them

Check for bp ,heart rate.

Objective assessment : by knowing the patient complaints we have to asses the depth of complaints by using different scales related to different complaints. For ex. Pain - vas scale

Diagnostics like x-ray, ct scan to know the clear reason for limping

C. The data we collected is useful for the future treatment and how to take care of her . By browising in Google we can collect different scales to know the severity of patient
