katies 2 siblings , josh 22 and marilyn 19 both have cardiac disease and fillow strict health promotion activities, which includes diet and exercise. both wre in college and currently live at home, Monica is encouraging them to live in thier own apartment when they graduate and have a job.

1. Social determinants of health are the circumstances in which people are born, grow up, live, work, and age. This also includes the systems in place to offer health care and services to a community.

Some of the social determinants of health for this family are :-

- Economic stability

- Social and community context

- Neighbourhood and built environment

- Health and healthcare

- Education

2. The resources that we need to find for the family are :-

- make them available affordable healthcare services

- provision of financial help

- social support from government and non-governmental organisations

3. In future ,if Josh and Marilyn moves out of the home , then Monica and Katie should shift to a small house nearby her special education school as it will help Monica to take care of Katie more nicely and alsohelp them in reducing their expenses .
