Bulimia nervosa shows the symptoms of swollen or puffy face and an irregular bowel functions..bulimia nervosa is a severe life threatening psychological disorder which is characterized by ingestion of a large amount of food within a short time period ,followed by an attempt to avoid gaining weight by purging what was consumed.people with bulimia shows different methods of purging includes forceful vomiting and misuse of laxatives which can cause irregular bowel function.they may develop swollen parotid gland which is situated near our ear beacause of repeatedly purging,that can cause swollen of puffy face and cheeks.

People who suffer from muscle dismorphia are driven to reduce muscle mass.this statement is FALSE.beacause muscle dysmorphia is characterized by excess engagement in activities for increasing muscle mass,the person having this disease often engaged in over exercise,uses growth enhancing drugs beacause they are suffering from the obsessive compulsive disorder where they feel that they are too small and they have some definite defect in their appearance which makes tgem ugly and unpresentable in front of others.
