12.1. The most probable diagnosis in this case is that the patient is suffering from the seizure or epilepsy. Because in the clonic phase of seizure there is an uncontrolled spasmodic with the jerky body movement of the limbs and body along with the tongue biting and involuntary urine passage.

12.2. status epilepticus is a type of chronic seizure characterized by the prolonged effects lasting at least 30 minutes. Which turs into the medical emergency. The drug of choice in case of staticus epilepticus is Diazepam.

12.3. In this condition magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as well as Electroencephalography (EEG) is advised.

The treatment in this condition various therapies are recommended medication for anti-seizure effects, nerve stimulation technique supported by the dietary therapy. Furthermore if required in the chronic stage surgical procedures may also be opted.
