Pros;

It is a womens right and also fundamental right to them

Reproductive choices empower women by giving them control over body

Fetus are incapable of feeling pain during abortion

It will prevent the maternal death and maternal injuries in high risk care

Abortion is safe for both and it not causing the infertilityIt will option to mother not to choose bring fetid with abnormality in full term

Abortion helpful in case of women under poverty line and also financial crisis

Abortion reduces crime

It will control population by abort unwanted pregnancy.

CONS;

Abortion is a murder

Life begins at conception so unborn baby have the rights to live

Fetid feels pain during abortion

Abortion killing the human being

It will cause the psychological damage to the mother.

It will reduce the adoption of babies

It may lead to some medical problem to the mother .

I support this law with ethical and legal rationale

They are;

The unborn fetid have the capable to survive means not to abort the fetid

The second trimester abortion give more risk than the first trimester abortion

It will give maternal death and injuries in some care

After 20 wks of gestation while abort means the fetid feels pain

Abortion is an legal crime when do at after 20 wks of gestation

It was unsafe to the maternal health.

We should correct the fetid abnormality by using advanced treatment rather then abortion
