Information regarding medication history: such as diuretics: The patient had history of hypertension and coronary artery disease, The doctor may prescribe the diuretics for him.
Major structure of the male genitalia
The male genital system divided into two (i.e) external and internal parts. The external structures consists of the penis, urethra, and two scrotal pouch. The internal male genitalia consists of the seminal vesicle, testes, vas deferens, epididymis, prostate, bulbourethral gland, and ejaculatory duct.
The urethra provides a common pathway for the flow of urine and semen.
The scrotal pouch.It contains one testis, one epididymis, and the testicular end of a spermatic cord.
