In the above scenario the man is a middle aged person and he is looking pale and is sweating also,with this he is clutching his chest too.the above symptoms can be the Developing factor for a primary heart attack..a panik heart attack is characterized by chest pain,sweating,facial paleness.so when i will see the person i will definitely take him to the nearest emergency department of the hospital as soon as possible as beacause this condition need a immediate medical care followed by oxygenation and other anti anginal drugs.
