Explaination:

1g = 100 mg

So 0.18 g = 0.18× 100 = 18mg

250mg = 5ml

Therefore, 18mg is the dose to be administered 8th hrly & vial contains 250mg/5ml so it is multi dose container.

1b) 0.36ml

Explaination:

250mg = 1ml

18mg = x

x = 18 × 5/250 = 0.36ml
