Scholarly writing also known as academic writing defined as form of expository prose which should be precise, informal, impersonal and objective.

Copyright is a law that gives the owner of a work (like a book, movie, picture, song or website) the right to say how other people can use it.

The law of copyright expires 50-100 after the owner death, depends on the jurisdiction.

Example for copyright:- Textbook authors copying pictures from other textbook sources for better understanding of student in the same subject.

Reasons for copyright are authoring same subjcet topics, new author ( beginners), If you want to finish textbook authoring faster, low availability of other sources etc
