Yes, the patient has heart related issues, not ST elevation myocardial infarction.

These cardiac markers show heart ailments like unstable angina and myocardial infarction. TnT was first thought to be responsible for unstable angina when other two were negative but now it is classified as Non ST elevation myocardial infarction.

Normally the Tropinin levels in blood are very low but when there is cardiac damage, Tropinin levels increase in blood this is because of cardiac damage. First the TnT was used to test for myocardial infarction now it is also used for other heart injuries too.
