Alanine Transaminase (ALT) is an enzyme found abundantly in the cytosol of hepatocyte, Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) is an enzyme mostly found in cells of liver and bones, Gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidase (GGT) is a type of enzyme present in liver cells. When the results show higher than the normal values in the above-mentioned tests it indicates damage or disease in the liver, bile duct or gallbladder.

26. The size of cell injury does not affect the lag phase. Whereas, temperature, pressure, and molecular weight of enzyme affects the lag phase.
