Answer #1

Cardiac markers are biochemicals which are exclusively present in the myocardium and which is released into the system blood during any kind of insult to the myocardium.therefore the blood tested positive for these biochemical markers indicate Acute coronary syndrome .

The various markers are creatine kinase, creatinine kinase muscle and brain, myoglobin, tropinin T,tropinin I,CK MB isoforms

Creatine Kinase is the marker which is released after 24 hrs of onset of chest pain.

Creatinine kinase muscle and brain is released in the blood after around 12-24 hrs of the first symptoms for MI

Creatine kinase MB isoforms are noted in the blood after around 1 hour of the symptoms so identifying this marker is the gold standard to evaluate an early MI

Myoglobin another biochemical marker is released in the blood approximately after 3 hours of the onset of symptoms

Cardiac tropinins are secreted mostly around 12 hours of the start of first symptoms
