75.Medication should be always taken under physician prescription and observations. Self medication are always dangerous .Taking a pain killer prescribed for her mother is wrong because every medications are given depending up in the condition,need and the dose are adjusted

76.Sharing of patient details to others is a breach of confidentiality unless a proper protocol followed according to the hospital policy.Here the Nurse cannot share the personal information though how close they may be without consent from patient
