ANSWER :

Weight control is very important in life as it makes the person fit and healthy and prevents disease conditions. Due to heavy eating, sedentary life style, fast foods, junk diet, lack of exercises to the body will increase the weight of the body. Most of the weight increases due to unhealthy life style practices and diet patterns. By modifying the dietary intake pattern slowly and introduction of the food items which the persons are comfortable and acceptable, along with mild physical activity to the body will definitely control the weight of the persons. Dietary changes include inclusion of healthy diet that is avoiding of carbohydrate diet, eating of high protein and avoiding of oily diet along with daily exercising like walking, doing of house hold activities, yoga, meditation, controls the weight of the persons in a healthier way.
