Answer :
Introduction ;
fertility awareness is knowing and recognizing when the fertille time ( when women get pregnant) occurs in menstrual cycle. Practicing fertility awareness aa a birth control method to prevent pregnency by avoiding having sexual intercourse or using a barrier method of birth control such as condoms, during the fertile period. Fertility awareness method are also called as natural family palnning and the rhythm method.
Techniques for the fertility awareness methods :
1. The basal body temperature methode ;
The basal body temperature when the client are fully rest. In most women, the body normal temparature increases slightly during ovulation (0.5-1degree F) and remains high until the end of the mentrual cycle. The most fertile days are the 2-3 days before this increase in temparature . To monitor basal body temparture, take your temparature every morning after waking up, before any activity, getting out of bed, or having anything to eat or drink. Record these temparatures daily.
2. The cervical mucus method ;
Checking the cervical mucus (vaginal discharge) every day. If notice cervical mucus that indicates the fertilization, to prevent pregnency should avoid sexual intercourse.
3. Calender method ;
Record the length of 6 to 12 of every menstrual cycles ;
Using a calender, write down the numbers of days in each menstrual cycle- counting from the first day of period to the first day of next period.
Determining the length of short menstrual cycle ;
Subtract 18 from the total number of days in subtract cycle. This number represents the first day of next period.
Determining the length of long menatrual cycle ;
Substract the 11 from the total number of days in long cycle. This number represents the last fertile day of cycle.
Its most effective to combine all 3 of these methods. When used together, they're called the symptothermal method.
4. The standard days method ;
Is a variation on the calendar method. Tracking every menstrual cycle for several months to figure out if cycle is always between 26 and 32 days long can't use this method if it's longer or shorter. Once established a cycle is in right range, use another form of birth control on days 8-19, which is when fertile.
1. Discuss the techniques, benefits and drawbacks for the fertility awareness methods.
A horizontal force of 280 N is exerted on a 2.0 kg discus as it is rotated uniformly in a horizontal circle (at arm's length) of radius 1.00 m. Calculate the speed of the discus. A 56-kg skier starts from rest at the top of a 1200 m long trail which drops a total of 230 m from top to bottom. At the bottom, the skier is moving 11.0m/s.
