b.remote patient monitoring ....this would aid to collect clients all data including medical and personel and it is stored into an electronic devices and pass the information to nurses

C.mobile health.....sophisticated techonologies such as computers,tablets,and smart phones are used to support the health system to discuss the patients conditions and pass the informations to various health workers.

2)while using this tele medicine it would be costly for the people .some people cannot afford such system as they do not have enough money to buy smart phones to get messageas related to their health.sometimes in hospital they provide modern facilities but it should be paid while bet discharged.

3)using smart phone or computer live conferrensing is occur with two healrh care persons.this is maily used in emergency situations or inbetween surgeries to take expert opinion to save patient life .sometimes this system is used to give psychotherapy for mentally ill patients or others.

4)when prisoner get sick or need some psychological support authorities can use tele conferrenxing system to interact with a doctor to get the treatment promptly .this can save time to shift the culprit to the hospital.
