- age

- use of blood thinner

- heart problem

2. The questions to be asked to Alfred's daughter are :-

- did her father had such episodes in the past

- was he taking the correct damage of blood thinner

- did he fall down during the attack

- why is he staying alone in the city ,is there no one to take care of him

3. Explanation for the change in mental status is that due to stroke the normal functioning and transmission of nerve impulses are hampered due to which the patient is confused , having weakness etc .
