Explanation
Tyramine in food is metabolised by MOA present in gut and liver so normally tyramine doesn't move to systemic circulation ( or if move then it is very less quantity ) . So when a person is on MOAI and then he take lot of tyramine diet then this tyramine doesn't get metabolised and move to systemic circulation and cause fatal hypertensive crisis and cerebrovascular accidents .
