    8) ABG report of te patient shows metabolic acidosis (low pH and low

        bicarbonate level) or increased level of acid in the blood due to decreased

        amount of bicarbonate in the blood.

     c) This occurs due to inability of the kidney to rebasorb HCO3 (bicarbonate)

          during filtration process.
