1. MMA known as Medicare Modernization Act, is a type of federal law which was established in the year 2003 in the United States. This act states that certain drugs are very much necessary to certain patients which is very vital and they will not be able to pay for it. So the Congress government passes an act in which they have identified the necessary of weaving the fee of those drugs with the prescription of their primary physicians.

2. HIPPA known as health insurance portability and accountability act which was established in the year 1996 and was signed by President Bill Clinton. Its main purpose is to:

- to provide privacy of the health information of the patients

- to provide security to the electronic records of their health status

- to provide simplification in their administration

- to provide access to the portability in their insurance.

3. COBRA known as consolidated omnibus budget reconsiliation act which is a health insurance program for the employees. It allows or provides the continuation of the health insurance coverage to the employee and his or her dependent even after the employee has lost his or her job or is experiencing the reduction of work hours.

4. BBA of 1997 is Balanced Budget Amendment which means that the constitution should not exceed the federal receipts with the federal expenditure.

5. BIPA of 2000 is known as Benefits Improvement Act was established in the year 2000 in order to provide the health benefits to the people for preventive aspect, promoting aspect by providing less charge in different diagnostic tests and for different procedures done, also by charging less in opd charges and charging less in drugs, and providing benefits of proper immunosuppressive therapy.

The answer is 3 COBRA in the year 1981 was signed to make it into a single block Grant that enable each and every states to administer the allocated funds in the research.
