Answer #1

Answer: The reviews and the literature that are being used for the evidence based practice or the research should be updated more frequently. It is an advantage that the different types of evidence research should be updated on the regular basis. The gaps in the findings acts as a hindrance as for that particular period of gap shows that no other work or the research have been performed. This also causes doubt that might be that process have not worked. It becomes risky to create change or findings regarding the research that have gap period of updation.
