1.Challenges in meeting the needs of each resident:

Ms.Lopez is a person who have more friends and relationships.She spends much time with them.It creates high sound or noise it disturbs the other one.Ms.Green is a person who is private and likes to spend her time alone.It seems that  she need peace and silence in her atmosphere.She likes to listen to music it can disturb the other one.So it creates the great challenge.

providing comfort and satisfaction is the great challenge.

Chances of disputes is more here due to contrast characteristics.

2.promoting client rights:

The nursing center must set some rules that will helps to promote the rights and thereby can reduce the disputes.

Example:Limit the visiting time for few hours so that the other clients cannot affected.

Provide equal space and all other facilities to each resident.

Provide client the right to keep their loved things with them.it increase the client satisfaction.

3.The team can first of all talk to each clients and listen to their needs and problems.if possible make arrangements to rectify it.If not it is better to change the room to avoid further problems.
