A. Subsidies for the training of nurse midwives should be supported. A midwife is a trained healthcare professional who cares women during their pregnancy and after their pregnancy periods. Moreover, it provides a support for families to those who are working in shift duties, from rural areas and regional areas and those who have children with special needs. So reducing the cost burden of training in midwives should be supported so that more midwives can be encouraged to train and also this action helps them to cherish their dreams on working as a nurse midwives.

B. State mandates requiring all health insurers to include chiropractic services in their benefits should not be supported. Mandated benefits are benefits that covers the treatment for specific diseases, the type of healthcare providers and in some case of dependency action. This state mandatory benefits increase the cost of healthcare and health insurance. So, it is better not to support chiropractic services are very expensive and the impact on health insurance premiums may be greater in the state with the more generous benefits.

C. Inclusion of psychologists as a covered provider in the insurance coverage should be supported because a psychologist is important to identify the psychological determinants of a disease, illness, injury or disability from the problems. Moreover, one's functional status can be easily studied by a psychologists by conducting a medical assessment with physical examination. So, if a psychologists are excluded in a covered plan, it is increasing the cost of burden in healthcare services for the people. On the other hand, if it is included in a covered plan, an individual can directly be enrolled in using healthcare services and also the cost of burden will get reduced. Therefore, it is important to add a psychologists as a covered provider.
