Health is the basic requirement of all ,social media like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., plays an important role in sharing information. This can enhance the relationship of providers and colleagues ,patients,caregivers ,students ,professionals share about the new advances, treatments, messages ,images, interconnecting the community with individuals and a broader people ,marketing, research and study purpose, etc.,

The CPOE has decreased the communication process between the professionals especially the nurses and physicians ,direct communication to other providers is not done here.CPOE is supported by nurses because of easy and faster communication and getting orders.This computerized system has streamlined the care but it does not include other healthcare providers in decision making directly. The transcription error has been reduced after implementation of CPOE.
