Answer #1

In my opinion I would rather choose B which is delegate the blood transfusion to the licenced practical or vocational nurse. It is because the most important things for now is the care of death and the family and if there is other nurse to take care of the patient with the patient with blood transfusion then the patient will understand the situation of the nurse when explained about the situation properly. A good and expert nurse will be able to handle the case of blood transfusion patient properly but for the family members of the dead patient cannot be consoles by the other nurses who are new to them. If a nurse has been handling the case of the patient who recently died, the family members will be More close to them and more confident to share their emotions infront of that particular nurse. They will take her as a relative and share their sorrows. They will also allow her to touch the patient after he died for the care.
