A family practitioners are one who can handle patients from children to elderly population.If a solo family practitioner is setting up a practice in 're small rural community .They necessarily font employ staff rather manage all the procedure by self.In case of a vast number of patient visits a nursing aide or a certified nurse to do basic procedures like (vitals, nebulization, tetco dispatch the medicine given by prividers after complete training.,)

Case B

This is a bigger setup where the patient population can be bigger It requires all kind of staff from paramedics to aides. (Nurses,nursing aide,radiologist, laboratory team, counsellors,certified assistants, neonatologist,paediatric nurse)The nurse shpukd range at least 1:6 ,nursing aides 1:8, 1 microbiologists and 1 radiologist with at least 2 to 3 phlebotomist ,followed by a aide male and female in every shift )
