Dr. Smith and Dr. Garcia are opening a new family practice in a rural area. Dr. Smith grew up in this community and returned to start his first practice in family medicine and general surgery. The doctors plan to hire an office manager, receptionist, billing clerk, and two nurses. Before the family practice opens, the doctors must make important operational decisions, like employee benefits packages.

As an employer would you offer different benefits from the a rural are if the practice located in a major city urban area ? Why or why not?

Benefits remain the same whether it's a rural area or urban area , the only difference is that there will be an increase in some of the benefits like travel allowance for those who from far for the duty etc . As an employer it's our duty to provide allowance /benefits and it's a rule also to provide allowance to the employees because it's employees right to get the benefits . The benefits would include :-

- medical benefits like EHS ,ESI

- Provident fund

- travel allowance

- tution fees

- 6months leave in pregnancy period

- Casual leave minimum of 8, sick leave , Emergency leave
