Benefits remain the same whether it's a rural area or urban area , the only difference is that there will be an increase in some of the benefits like travel allowance for those who from far for the duty etc . As an employer it's our duty to provide allowance /benefits and it's a rule also to provide allowance to the employees because it's employees right to get the benefits . The benefits would include :-
