Outline a qualitative plan/research study for the following PICOT question.

In adults enrolled in a smoking cessation program (P) how does weekly yoga class/session as a complementary therapy (I) compare to standard weekly tobacco cessation classes (C) in reducing nicotine cravings.

Ans) The cigarette smoking is a condition of disease which can be prevented.And all the cigarette smokers really knows the importance of avoiding the cigarette smoking but they are facing many kind of difficulties to stop the smoking,like- Addiction to nicotine and its related withdrawal signs, cigarette hunger,enhancing of strain.So it is very important to overcome this kind of barriers and problems to gain or achieve success.

-- Most of the doctors suggest the different kind of aerobic exercises for the proper termination of smoking and it may be the walking or cycling and it also really helps to prevent the smoking problem.The yoga is very different from the aerobic exercise and it is having the greater potential than the aerobic exercises to prevent the smoking as a treatment.

-- The yoga is having two different elements helps in strain and stress lowering.They are asanas and pranayama.Asanas means yoga postures and pranayama means a kind of breathing exercise.The yoga is related with the welfare satisfaction close to normal exercises.The yoga also helps our mind to maintain calmness and this we attain through the yoga postures and good and dedicated meditation.And this enhancement in the mindfulness can really helps to decrease the stress, Psychological pain and the high level of negative reaction to others.

-- Many studies has proved that the yoga is very effective in preventing the smoking as like as the aerobic exercise.Other than the mindfulness the yoga also helps to decrease the signs of nicotine withdrawal, increase the smokers capability to manage with negative signs related with the prevention of smoking and it also increase the cognitive thoughts required to make successful choices to prevent smoking in enticing situations.

-- The yoga also helps to maintain the proper weight of the body. So for every problems like stress,smoking hunger,weight problems the yoga is a best prevention method or a best smoke prevention therapy for the complete termination of smoking.For this at fist an 8 week counseling class is given.After that the persons who are ready to join yoga will be having a 12 week maintenance schedule to ease the continued yoga routine after the managed yoga schedule has finished.And the smoking temperance will be checked at the last part of treatment and in each interval of 3,6,12 months.
