10.Desmopressin belongs to a hormone group.Patient who have complaints associated with gastrointestinal (nausea,vomiting, diarrhoea),CNS (seizure attack,headache) electrolyte imbalances (decreased sodium level) respiratory (cold and flu ) like symptoms are comorbidity to be assessed and monitored carefully when the drug is administered to the payient to prevent complications because this drug has high chance of causing the side effects similar to the above conditions.
