1.A group of genetic disorder know as the leukodystrophies that leads to the destruction of myelin sheath of fibers of nerves in the brain is called ALD.yes,like otherleukodystrophies x linked gene is present which is commonly effect in boys due to this gene.

2.It is type of fatty acid which develops naturally from different animal ,fats,and vegetables.market samp.e of this oil is yellowish but naturally it doe not have any colour and odour.yes,it has an anti oxidant effect which decreases the usage of linoleic acid.

3.Monounsatturated omega 9 fatty acid is known as erucic acid.It can get from wallflower seed .it contains 20 to 54 percentage high content erucic acid.yes it is an element of lorenzos oil because this oil is made with 4:1 rate of both oleic acid and erucic acid mixture.

4.it is most propable seen in childhood .especially among 4 to 10 years of age.

Symptoms are spasam in muscle,dysphagia,seizures,hearing ability loses,language disability,hyperactivity,vision problem,unconscious,loss movements of body.
