Science works well when other scientists can scrutinize the work of their colleagues, its called Peer Review. Why do you think so few studies related to the outcomes of new drugs are published?

Do you think there is a danger to the public when the pre-approval studies are not published, and the "after-market" outcomes research is not published? How should the FDA remedy this?

1.It is important to publish the outcome of new drug has the following benefits

• It brings into light the availability of a new drug for a disease
• It can be analysed by other scholars for its reliability ,drawbacks ,harmmful effects,similarities or any differences.
• To bring it to public notice that the drug is approved by the Food and Drug Administration department and it is safe to use in general public
• To know the drug is edible to living beings and not a fodder

2.The pre approval of a study refers to a state where the particular study is conducted and it can be further researched and studied about it effects ,uses etc., about serving mankind.It will be without certification and its generic name. The post approval study is published to in form that the drug has a brand name and it can be used for patients after clinical trail and its beneficial effects.This state's the approval by the FDA.

Hence by not publishing this it can raise a legal issue against the study and result in loss of the effort made for the research.
