At the community level, the people are more religious and they are not willing to receive blood or blood products from others. When these people are not willing to do surgery that requiring blood transfusion it will affect the equity of health coverage. So the new techniques called bloodless medicines and surgeries can do procedures without blood transfusion from others. Bloodless medicine and surgeries use patients own blood and blood products and also effective use of electrocautery. 99% of procedures can be done by this method. Bloodless medicines and surgeries do not harm the religious concepts of the people. It can ensure equitable health distribution. During surgery, some blood loss may occur, that blood is collected and processed before autotransfusion. Correction of anemia before surgery also reduces the impact of blood loss. Effective use of erythropoietin and blood growth promoters also included in bloodless medicines and surgeries.
