The meta narrative describes the relation of God with disease and illness as creation, fall, redemption, restoration )One can find comfort in the hands of God in spiritual way.The onset of a disease and its progression is known to God and has a power to heal it emotionally as the physical presence is not eternal universally.

Creation :God is the creator of this world or the cosmos, here the almighty is aware of what a disease is,it causative factor, prognosis etc.,

Fall :Here certain illness like cancer,HIV ,AIDS,deadly debilitating chronic or long term terminal illness are not the part of God's creation but it is because of humans selfishness, hatred ,dominance , etc.,where the disease where acquired because of evil acts and the illness occur which is considered to be fall here

Redemption :Here the people who are sick are not abandoned by the God but the current health care are in search of new medicines for various disease which has been created due to mans wrong way

Restoration :In Christianity there is life after death ,so the family are supported spiritually .It stresses the importance of following a healthy lifestyle which God has given .
