Answer #1

1. For the first issue, if the multiple choice question and true or false should be included in the college level courses. The best answer in my opinion would be no, the multiple choices and the true and false should not be given in the college level exams because in my opinion it would not mark the educational and the reasoning ability for their level and age. It would only make it easier for the college level students for their subjects and would not make the serious about it. Sometimes the students may neglect their seriousness towards their studies thinking about the easy availability or having the choices for the answer available to them. Also, the answers given for the multiple choices or the true or false would not be needing to be explained which reduces the students interest towards the subject and it's depth. In olden days, the exams that used to be conducted in India consisted of only the questions to be answered in brief and no choices used to be given because of which the students had fear of loosing the marks or failing which would ultimately lead them to study harder gaining more knowledge as well as interest in the subject making them very intelligent and knowledgeable about the subject or becoming the master of it. Every profession that they chose would be taken into proper consideration and a detailed question answering made it more helpful for them to gain the required knowledge to become a master in the particular field. Hence it would be much better if the college students were not given a choice of getting multiple choice questions as well as the strue or false statements.

2. Studying in a very fine and standard college is a dream of every individual either they might be rich or poor, they fantasize of being in that particular college. The rich go up with the money into the college whereas the poor dream of it and try to forget due to lack of money and the talent from our country is smothered. Hence in order to fulfill these wishes the colleges and universities have come up with a brilliant idea of giving various different scholarship or quotas for the students. This is done in order to identify the talent or intelligence from the society and polishing them by giving them a better chance to study and shine. The people who cannot afford such high education are given a chance to prove their knowledge and grab their opportunities of getting in with various different scholarship or quotas. One of such quota is immigration quotas where the scholarships as well as the paid education is given to the people from other parts of the world. In my opinion, it is better to increase the immigration quotas because the students from around the world wants to get best knowledge and trainings for themselves. In this path they try to seek it from the other country which is famous for that certain thing. They want to go up to them and learn the best. The immigration quotas will not only help the students but also the country providing them because the visa as well as the admission will be given to the best and smart students. They will bring more money to the country for paying their fees as well as living and also once completion of their course they will provide the best and most sincere manpower to that particular country itself helping the country in its developing path.

3. In my opinion, the best way to deal with the crime is to give long prison sentences, not only long sentences but also a very harsh as well. It is very difficult to find a criminal minded person and fight with him. They can be produced at any time and in anyplace. If a person is considered a criminal and is given a sentence for a short period of time , what is the guarantee that the person will not repeat his deeds again. Once a criminal will always be a crimila can be kept in mind before taking any decisions regarding this. It might not be true for all the criminals but is true for most of them. The urge of committing any crime may not only because of pleasure but can be because of impulses or psychological factors which the person may not be aware of or may not be able to control. To such people letting them free in the society thinking of changing them would be a beve risky and bad idea to think of. Nowadays there are many laws which supports the criminals and their sanity. But has it changed the crime rate in any part of the world? I guess the answer is not really. If a criminal gets a longer time in the jail or behind the bar, he will not be able to harm the people againg. A very big danger will be avoided from the head of the people even though it might not be true. But as said prevention is better than cure. It is always better to keep away the danger rather than letting it form and destroy you with it.

4. With the couple of divorces, the children should choose the parent with whom they wish to live with and I strongly agree with this statement because a child will know about the best for themselves and will only choose the person whom they love and are comfortable with. People around their surroundings including the court only sees the physical evidence whereas the children who has spent their entire life with know about the parent's psychological and emotional aspects as well. They will be more satisfied in their life when they get to live with the parent who they love and admire rather than the parent who others think are more loving and caring. This things will add up the negative thoughts about the particular parent for snatching their loved one away. The hatered may last life long or even may lead to some inappropriate behaviours by those children . If they get to choose their parent even though they might not be getting the much out of it but they will be happy and satisfied. Hence for me, the children should be their own judge while choosing a parent during the divorce trial.
