  • Typing skills to be developed
  • Some basic knowledge of the medical terminology, insurance policy, hospital policies, rules and regulation etc.,
  • Should have a good communication skill yo interact with people without any hindrance
  • Should have an emotional stability when conversing with patients
  • Should be aware of what protocols and needs to be met when appealing a denied insurance claim
  • Can get information from the previous staff who was a collection caller about the responsibilities
