Answer is B  if any complications happen to patient it is considered as medical negligence or malpractice.in such risk cases insurance companies will not give compensations.hospitals and doctors are asked to pay for the loss .even if this case goes to court.because,most risk areas occurred in health care environment thus they should pay for it.
