Interprofessional team is a group of health care providers working together to provide collaborative and comprehensive care to the patients. As a nurse, and as a member of interprofessional or interdisciplinary team the nursing actions should include compassion I.e. understanding the patients problems and needs with empathy providing quality care . While caring a client not an individual nurse can provide complete care to client without the other members of the interprofessional team like physicians,pharmacists, technicians, dietians ,etc. All the members of the teamshould work with together by adopting advocacy it can be possible only through effective communication and collective decision- making skill. The quality care should ensure the client to resilience or to regabulrehab to his optimal health . It can be achieved only through collaborative and collective individualized or unique patient centred care is given. The nursing care can be practically helped to meet the needs, values and desires of the patient if it is based on an evidence, i.e adopting current scientifically proven practices which involves problem solving method for providing care to the client. It can be through asking questions, finding answers by using critical thinking and adopting new skills and techniques which value patient needs and social criteria finally leading to improve quantity care and service what patient has been expected and trying to make client feel secured, trust and cope to normal well- being....
