It can lead to better care, provide safety and enhance quality outcomes with lower health care costs. When there is a lack of time and organizational culture that did not support EBP. When nurse leaders and managers not providing support and not providing role model staff will lack knowledge of EBP. Education programs continuously empower knowledge and help to access EBP mentorship skills and help them to implement knowledge.
Nursing research and evidence-based practice implementation should be a practical approach for quality care with cost-effective patient care. EBP related to nursing research needs knowledge for the proven rationale for their action. ongoing education for nurses should have scientific knowledge for their nursing practice. EBP research project in nursing and other clinical area improve patient outcome by identifying the special area for the improvement. It helps to address the needs and overcome the barrier.
