67) Either ,he had a hit with the soccer on his chest or has allergic reaction to some of the environment factors which is causing breathing difficulty . The drugs to be prescribed for the boy are adrenaline for allergic reaction if present , bronchodilators to help in dilatation of bronchioles and steriods to prevent inflammation .

68) The medication to be prescribed for her are bronchodilators , and corticosteroids . Advice to be provided are :-

- avoid allergic agents such as animal furs , dust ,pollen etc

- avoid strenous activity

- avoid stress

- take medications as prescribed and maintain compliance

- regular follow ups

- avoid food products which are allergic

Heart attack is caused due to clot obstruction in the blood flow to heart due to clot or plague . To avoid this anticoagulant is given as a preventative. A person who is taking anticoagulant must have regular blood tests and check up because if the concentration of drugs is more in blood then it could causing bleeding and if less then clot can be formed . To avoid such situations ,check ups are done regularly .
