  • Leadership
  • Customer oriented
  • Measurement, analysis and management of knowledge
  • Workforce focus
  • Operations focus
  • Result.

The U. S. Healthcare system is related to the one of the Baldridge criteria that is the customer oriented. The customer focus is essential because it is necessary to look and meet the demand of the client. In the healthcare system the customer or the client is the patient. The policies such as healthcare policies are patient oriented and it is design in such a way that it can satisfy the need of the customers.

With the help of the customer focus, the healthcare system can be improved as by making the patient as a priority and providing them safe environment as they can feel more comfortable. The patient's satisfaction is necessary and for this it is important to focus on them by providing quality of care to the patients.
